Manager, Enterprise System Administration
Job Description/Responsibility
** Perform system administration like managing Windows System and applications (AD/ Exchange/SharePoint/SCCM/O365)
** Installation, configuration & deployments of critical banking/business application (IB, mRemit, CPlus, eRapid, E2E, dChecker, 3DSec etc)
** Manage File Server Accesses, plan ad-hoc organogram mapping
** Maintain Monitoring tool (OP Manager) to monitor 24×7 IT system availability and health status
** Provide support to fix critical, high & medium vulnerability assessments of Windows OS & applications hosted on these platforms
Resolve service requests against Windows infrastructure & application via SCSM
** Manage SCVMM & Hyper-V Virtualization Platform
** Apply OS patches and upgrades on a monthly basis. Also upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/add new services as necessary
** Manage & administrate Microsoft IM app (SFB)
** Pursue Audit/regulatory recommendation and assist to settle observation regarding server/application and prepare documentation/work instruction
** Project support with IS Checklist & UAT
Educational Requirements
** Graduation from a reputed UGC-approved university with satisfactory academic track record
Job Requirements
** Completed certification/courses of Microsoft & Cisco
** Solid experience in Enterprise Systems management preferably with experience in Windows Systems
** Sound knowledge on Microsoft Solutions, enterprise security solutions, Cisco solutions & banking applications
