Job Description/Responsibility
- Contribute to the development of the bank’s overall business plan through identification of income generating opportunities among potential customers in SME Banking segment
- Performance Management of team & take appropriate measures for increasing productivity.
- Communicate market updates with the senior management from time to time
Business forecasting & performance linked manpower allocation to effectively balance demand & supply. - Team engagement & retention.
- Ensure timely disbursement and be responsible for asset & deposit growth & collections
- Comply with relevant processes with appropriate controls while providing efficient service to customers.
- Perform systematic reviews across the portfolio and provide detailed analysis to top management, if there is any deviation.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
- Develop competitor awareness to assess the extent to which Bank’s products and services in SME Segment are competitive as compared to competitor.
- Ensure portfolio health.
Qualifications
Graduation from any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited university.
Job Requirement
- Experience of minimum 7 years in relevant field in Banks/ NBFIs.
- Must have selling experience of loan products of SME markets.
- Digital Readiness – Proficient in working on Software Tools & Applications.
- Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others.
- Flexible in working anywhere in the country.
- Have a very good idea about local business dynamics.
